My ability to be seen as a safe person and offering a safe space to those needing it requires me to be perfectly transparent where I stand. I am pro humanity to all and absolutely intolerant of hate and discrimination ON ANY LEVEL.
I've had many come in this week anxious, terrified, and angry, asking for physical relief and emotional comfort, so here is my best effort.
There's a lot we don't know about how all this will unfold.
It's tempting to jump to extremes, but allowing their fear mongering only lowers our vibration as a community. Now, more than ever, we need to stay centered and protect our collective energy from their destructive warfare and idealogy of hatred.
We're in a time when people are searching for hope and stability, so let's be mindful of how we speak to one another during this time. Instead of stoking fear, let's empower each other to navigate this era with grace, resilience, and trust in the process of being a source of light in the darkness.
